Kris

President & CEO

Kris leads the company with a mix of creativity, strategy, and a lifelong pull toward entrepreneurship. Building things, ideas, teams, and opportunities.  Kris focuses on clarity, efficiency, and treating people the right way, making sure both clients and talent feel genuinely supported and that mindset shapes how the agency operates today.

Growing up, Kris often had to face challenges without much guidance, learning early on how to figure things out alone. Those experiences built a genuine desire to be the kind of support system for others that wasn’t always there for him. It’s a big part of what drives him today creating stability, clarity, and opportunities so people don’t have to navigate everything on their own.

To Kris, leadership isn’t about giving orders; it’s about recognizing people’s strengths, helping them grow, and offering steady support where they need it most. His approach is rooted in lifting others up, not standing above them.

Arash

Finance & Operations

Arash brings a steady, analytical mindset to finance and operations, keeping the agency running with precision and calm. He’s the type who can spot inefficiencies in seconds and solve them just as quickly, all while maintaining a level-headed approach that keeps everyone grounded. His focus on structure, transparency, and smart decision-making makes him the backbone of day-to-day operations.
Beyond spreadsheets, Arash enjoys diving into documentaries or history podcasts long walks that help him reset, and collecting recommendations for books he’ll “definitely get to soon.” He’s also known for having a dry sense of humor that shows up at exactly the right moments especially on busy days when the team needs a laugh.

Rowena

Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant, Rowena is the organizational heartbeat of the agency. She keeps schedules tight, priorities clear, and communication flowing effortlessly. Known for her level-headedness and intuitive understanding of what needs attention before it’s even asked, she brings structure and calm to a fast-moving environment. Her reliability and attention to detail make her an anchor for the leadership team.
Outside of work, Rowena enjoys early-morning routines, long phone calls with family, and discovering new cafés she can quietly claim as “her spot.” She loves music that boosts her mood, small acts of kindness, and the satisfaction of crossing things off a well-organized to-do list.

Amanda

HR Coordinator

Amanda balances the details of HR with an easygoing personality that makes her instantly approachable. She keeps the agency aligned, informed, and supported making sure processes stay clear and people always know where to turn. Whether she’s handling paperwork or helping someone settle into their role, she brings a steady, grounded energy to the team.
After work, you’ll usually find Amanda browsing home décor, discovering new coffee spots, or catching up on her favorite comfort shows. She loves anything that feels warm and welcoming a bit like her own personality and she has an uncanny ability to remember everyone’s snack preferences.

Sarah

Account Manager

Sarah brings a thoughtful, steady energy to every client relationship. She has a natural way of making people feel heard, understood, and supported the kind of presence that encourages clients to open up about what they really need. She’s great at turning scattered ideas into clear direction and keeping projects running smoothly without ever making things feel rushed.
Beyond work, Sarah loves discovering new cafés, has a soft spot for road-trips with amazing playlists, and is known for keeping the world’s most organized digital notes. She’s the type who remembers small details, checks in at just the right moments, and makes every interaction feel warm and effortless.

Daniel

Account Manager

Daniel approaches account management with a calm, grounded presence that makes even busy days feel manageable. He has a natural knack for understanding what clients need and turning it into clear direction, keeping the workflow smooth and stress-free.
When he isn’t working, you’ll usually find him exploring local trails, hanging out with his dog, or diving into a new recipe he swears is “easy” even if it uses 12 ingredients. He’s also the friend who sends random funny memes at the perfect moment. Friendly, reliable, and refreshingly down-to-earth, Daniel brings a genuinely human touch to every client interaction.

Jason

Talent Acquisition Lead

Jason oversees recruitment with an easygoing leadership style that keeps the team grounded and motivated. He’s sharp, thoughtful, and exceptionally good at navigating complex decisions without making them feel overwhelming. His approach helps the entire department stay aligned and collaborative.
When work winds down, Jason dives into his curiosity for tech gadgets especially the ones he insists are “for productivity.” He enjoys reconnecting with friends, wandering around the city, and planning trips back home when he needs a reset and a change of pace.

Isabella

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Isabella brings a warm, approachable energy to talent acquisition, making even the most nervous candidates feel instantly at ease. She has a natural eye for potential and a thoughtful way of matching people with opportunities that genuinely fit them. Her organization, communication, and steady follow-through make her one of the smoothest connectors in the hiring process.
Outside of work, Isabella is a certified plant lover her apartment is basically a mini jungle, complete with names for each “leaf baby.” She’s also the type to spend a whole Saturday hunting for the perfect matcha latte, then proudly reporting back to the team with a full review. If there’s good music, good greenery, or good café vibes, she’s there.

Cynthia

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reliable, thoughtful, and naturally people-oriented, Cynthia brings a grounded presence to the recruitment workflow. She has a great balance of empathy and efficiency, helping candidates feel seen while keeping things moving without stress. Her follow-through and steady communication make her a consistent standout in the hiring process.
Outside of work, Cynthia is a huge fan of travel vlogs and is always planning her “someday” itinerary as if a plane ticket might drop into her hands at any moment. She’s also a big dessert person, anything mango, she’s sold and she loves ending her evenings with a good podcast and a warm cup of Chai.

David

IT Support

David is known for being both technically sharp and genuinely approachable. He takes pride in making complex issues simple and ensuring people feel supported, not overwhelmed. Whether he’s troubleshooting or helping someone learn a new tool, he brings steady communication and a grounded mindset to every task.
In his downtime, he’s usually immersed in music, editing playlists that grow way longer than he’ll ever admit. He loves exploring new restaurants, keeps a running list of places he wants to try, and somehow always ends up fixing his friends’ devices even when he swears he’s “off duty.
