CWC Talent provides:

• Remote staffing solutions

• On-site recruitment services

• End-to-end hiring and onboarding support

• Talent sourcing, screening, and placement

• Consultation and hiring strategy services

These services may be customized for each employer or candidate.

2. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information

• Attempt to breach the Site’s security

• Copy or distribute Site content without permission

3. Candidate & Employer Responsibilities

Candidates Agree To:

• Provide accurate information about qualifications and work history

• Authorize CWC Talent to share your profile with employers (with consent)

• Communicate honestly throughout the application process

Employers Agree To:

• Provide accurate hiring requirements

• Use candidate information solely for legitimate hiring evaluation

• Maintain confidentiality of candidate data

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, branding, graphics, and designs is owned by CWC Talent or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

5. Fees & Payment (For Employers)

Any fees for staffing or recruitment services will be:

• Clearly disclosed during engagement

• Outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal

• Subject to defined payment terms

Candidates are never charged recruitment fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Alberta law:

• CWC Talent is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CWC Talent harmless from claims arising from:

• Misuse of our Site

• Violation of these Terms

• Submission of false or harmful information

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate:

• Website access

• Engagement with employers or candidates

for violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will replace previous versions once posted on the Site.
